You have access to our providers via telephone visits, telemedicine (video conferencing) and patient portal messaging. If you would like to schedule an appointment via telemedicine, please discuss that with the receptionist when you call and whenever it is determined that we can meet your needs this way, we will be happy to provide that service for you.

COVID-19 Information

If you have been exposed to someone with a positive COVID diagnosis or you are having symptoms of COVID (fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough, headache, loss of taste or smell, muscle or body aches, fatigue , diarrhea or nausea and vomiting), please notify the person scheduling your appointment or the person that you speak to when you check in for your appointment. Our staff is doing everything possible to protect you and others from the spread of this virus.

We also ask that during this time, only the patient having the appointment come in for the visit unless you are under the age of 18 or you need special assistance.
